Annsbrooke Community
Welcome to Annsbrooke Community website. Annsbrooke is located in Conyers, GA about 25 miles east of Atlanta. We are named after the developer; Annie Miller. Annsbrooke is a quiet family community offering amenities including a clubhouse, observation deck, tennis courts and swimming pool. All amenities are available for use by all Annsbrooke residents.
Community Information
Our main entrance is off Old Salem Road. We have 111 single family homes. We are a mandatory association. Our association is a not for profit corporation and we are self-managed. We have an annual homeowners meeting which is held in April of each year. Our annual assessments are currently $550 due and payable April 1 st of each year. The Board of Directors are elected annually by the homeowners and they meet quarterly. We have several committees and all are volunteers.
